To respect your privacy, Du Lyon Jewelers will not sell or rent the personal information you provide to us. Du Lyon Jewelers only shares information about our clients with affiliated companies to provide better service to you. These services may include maintaining or managing customer information, providing customer services, taking and fulfilling orders or conducting Du Lyon Jewelers promotions and surveys. You will never receive telemarketing calls from us. We do not and will not authorize any affiliated party to make any other use of your information or to send you unsolicited e-mail. However, we may share aggregated statistical or demographic information about you with third party companies in a manner that does not reveal your personal identity.
If you are visiting DuLyon.com through a link from another website or search engine, information about your visit to DuLyon.com may be collected by the provider of the other website or search engine. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these other websites or search engines. You may avoid disclosing your information to these other websites or search engines by entering DuLyon.com directly into the address field of your internet browser.
Du Lyon complies with all applicable laws and regulations governing the security, collection, retention and use by us of all your personally identifiable customer information and we will never sell, rent or share with any third party any of your information. Furthermore, all payment and credit card information is processed on a secure page by PayPal, we have no access to your credit card or financial information and it is not stored in any way for future transactions
GEMSTONES
Any individual gemstone purchased from our collection can be returned within 7 days of your receipt. If you wish to return the stone you must contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number that we will send you via email. A copy of this email must be returned with the gemstone. The gemstone must be in original condition with all original packing material and shipped to Du Lyon, fully insured and with delivery tracking. You must provide us with the tracking number at the time of shipment. You are responsible for all return shipping costs and no shipping costs (to or from Du Lyon) will be refunded.
If a gem lab certificate was provided with the gemstone at no additional charge, this certificate must be returned with the gemstone or the cost of obtaining a new certificate (typically about $150) will be deducted from the amount refunded. Any costs associated with a gem lab certificate that you purchased with the gemstone will not be refunded.
Once we receive the gemstone it will be analyzed and authenticated by a gemologist before a refund is authorized. Unique documentation for each gemstone in our collection is kept by Du Lyon and if a gemstone does not match our records it will be returned at your cost and no refund will be issued. Once the gemstones identity and condition have been verified, a refund, less a 15% restocking charge will be issued.
FINISHED JEWELRY
Any piece of finished jewelry purchased from our collection can be returned within 7 days of your receipt. If you wish to return a piece of jewelry you must contact us for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number that we will send you via email. A copy of this email must be returned with the jewelry. The jewelry must be in original condition, with the tamper resistant label in place and with all original packing material intact, shipped to Du Lyon, fully insured and with delivery tracking. You must provide us with the tracking number at the time of shipment.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and no shipping costs (to or from Du Lyon) will be refunded. Material returned without the tamper resistant label in place will be returned at your cost and no refund will be issued. Upon receipt the jewelry will be analyzed and authenticated by our staff and once its identity and condition have been verified, a refund, less a 15% restocking charge will be issued.
DESIGN STUDIO …MADE TO ORDER JEWELRY
Design Studio …Made to Order jewelry is crafted to your exact specification and made especially for you. All sales are final and may not be cancelled or a piece returned once it has been committed to production after 12 PM CST on the day following your order. GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION
The return of items damaged by our clients will not be accepted. Any returned item must be undamaged and unused. For jewelry purchases, the original tamper resistant tag must still be on the item for a refund to be processed.
Damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the United States Postal Service. All packages shipped by Du Lyon are insured (with the USPS) for their full replacement cost. An invoice detailing this cost is sent to your email address at the time of order and another email is sent at the time of shipment that includes the USPS tracking number. The customer must file any claim for loss or damage with the USPS but if you need any additional information to support this claim, please let us know.
Prior to any return, you must contact customer service at Du Lyon Jewelers (via phone, e-mail, or fax) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) code. Any returned material must be postmarked within 7 days from the date you received and signed for the package.
For any return valued at $1,000 or more you must ship your package via the US Postal Service by Registered mail with a return receipt. You must return the merchandise in its original condition and packaging, including envelopes, bags and boxes as well as the original copy of your invoice and a copy of the RMA email. The shipment must be insured for the full purchase price.
Every item from our shop is carefully documented before it is shipped and a refund will only be issued after an on-staff Graduate Gemologist inspects the jewelry and gemstones to determine that they are identical to what we shipped to you. This is a necessary and legal step to ensure that the diamonds or gemstones you have returned are the same diamonds or gemstones we shipped to you. It is for this reason that Du Lyon Jewelers assesses a 15% restocking charge (plus shipping, handling and insurance costs) for items returned within the 7 day period. Once this verification has been completed, we will issue your refund.
Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Conflict diamonds are diamonds mined in certain African combat zones that have fueled and funded civil war and gross abuses against the civilian population.
We take the issue of conflict diamonds very seriously.
All of the nations with significant involvement in the diamond trade and the leading industry associations have cooperated in creating a global certification system aimed at preventing criminals from placing these conflict diamonds into the legitimate diamond supply chain. To supplement this government effort, leading organizations in the jewelry industry have created a voluntary program of self-regulation.
We fully support this program and will do everything we can to make it work. We want our customers to have confidence that we are using our best efforts to both bar conflict diamonds from our inventory and sell diamonds and diamond jewelry that are "conflict free".
We require our diamond and diamond jewelry suppliers to certify in writing that they do not knowingly sell conflict diamonds and that, to the best of their ability, they have undertaken reasonable measures to help prevent the sale of conflict diamonds in this country.
Additionally, we require our diamond vendors to provide us with proof of warranty from their sources of merchandise upon our request. If a vendor refuses to guarantee that their diamonds and diamond jewelry are conflict free or if we have reason to believe that their merchandise came from questionable sources, we refuse to transact business with that vendor.
Our executive management monitors compliance with the system of warranties.
As a jewelry retailer we have taken a number of steps to comply with FinCEN AML & Patriot Act compliance requirements:
We have developed and instituted policies, procedures and internal controls to identify situations where money laundering may be occurring and to respond appropriately to these transactions, including, reporting them to the proper authorities.
We comply with the US Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) when appropriate.
We have designated a compliance officer within our company to ensure program monitoring and compliance.
We provide ongoing education and training of appropriate personnel regarding AML programs.
And we provide for independent testing of our AML program to monitor and maintain the program on a regular basis.
