Because most people believe that “custom” jewelry means designing the piece from scratch and very few of us want to do that, we’d rather start with something we like and change it enough to make it “ours”.

In the Design Studio we let you do just that…

CUSTOMIZING JEWELRY IS EASY AND IT’S FUN!

* Select a pendant, ring or earring having the Design Studio …made to order logo on the page

* Select from 14K, 18K or Platinum

* Select the size of the item

* Select one of the gems shown or a unique, certified gemstone from our collection

* Select the size of the gemstone (when applicable)

* Select the shape of the gemstone (when applicable)

That’s it! Once you have made your selections the piece will quite literally, be ‘made to order’ just for you.

ART CARVING

Your Design Studio jewelry will be a work of art, make it truly one of kind by adding detailed, hand engraved art carving.

It’s available on most pieces in our collection, so ask yourself, what would you like your jewelry to say about you? Tell us what you have in mind and let us make it real for you.

THAT EXTRA TOUCH

Your prized Colored Stone should be properly showcased so we use nothing but VS quality / G color (or better) accent diamonds, noticeably superior to the SI quality / I color diamonds found in most jewelry.

You can purchase any gemstone from our collection and examine it for 7 days before selecting a jewelry design. Tell us the design you prefer and if it’s available for the size and shape gemstone you purchased, return the gem to us and we will have it set.

If you are unsure of your ring size we will be happy to send you a sizing gauge, just send us your mailing information and let us know you need one. We also have a ring sizing document in the customer service section that contains directions on how to make a paper gauge that you can cut out and use right now.

As one of the world’s premier authorities on colored gemstones and jewelry we provide extensive customer support with our gemologist help desk, gem library, instructional video’s, articles and blogs, so we’ll be there to help you through all of the made to order process.

ORDERING AND DELIVERY

Design Studio …made to order items are committed to production after 12 pm CST on the day following your order, so you have until that time to cancel your order, after which all sales are final and the piece may not be canceled or returned. If you need to cancel an order please contact us as quickly as possible at customer_care@dulyon.com or call us at 512-470-2036.

Production of your Design Studio …made to order item may take anywhere from 5 days to 6 weeks depending on the item, availability of the gemstones and the amount of setting work currently in progress. If you have questions about a particular piece of jewelry or would like to know the estimated delivery time, we encourage you to contact us with any questions you have before you place your order.
